Job Description

Manage the issuance of employee parking permissions, input into Parking Management System ensure accuracy

Generate and verify charges and refunds processed via payroll deduction for parking permission fees

Oversee issuance of Hospital parking permissions

Greet guests and serve as back-up answering departmental telephone, route calls and answer routine inquiries

Oversee Official Vehicle/Golf Cart permission issuance, maintain records

Process ticket and permission payments over the counter, balance cash drawer

Responsible for partnering with Communication Team regarding lot maintenance notifications

Works with Director and Leadership Team managing reserved space requests.

Shift

7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Monday through Friday

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $12.00 - $18.45 per hour

GGS Grade: 4
